Job Description

Overview

As a Software Development professional, you will design, build, and maintain production‑grade applications, ensuring reliability and performance for internal stakeholders. In this role you will be responsible for developing and enhancing software solutions that run in production environments. You will write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver features on schedule. Your work will include deploying updates, monitoring system health, and troubleshooting issues to maintain high availability. Experience of 3‑5 years will enable you to work independently while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support integration with internal CRM tools to streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end development of production applications, from design through implementation and deployment. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to uphold quality standards. Deploy releases, monitor system performance, and resolve production incidents to ensure high availability. Collaborate with internal teams, including product and operations, to define requirements and deliver reliable software solutions. Support integration and data flow with internal CRM systems to improve business efficiency.

Policies

Standard work hours are 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM including a one‑hour lunch break, with flexibility as permitted by the Karnataka Shops and Establishments Act and company policy. Employees are entitled to a minimum of 12 days of paid earned leave per year, plus 8 days of casual leave and 8 days of sick leave, in accordance with Karnataka labour law, plus all statutory public holidays. Additional leave such as maternity/paternity, bereavement, and special leave are provided as per applicable statutes and company policy.
